• Guides governed decisions and approvals A bounded action with its limits stated, presented to whoever holds authority for that asset. No action leaves the platform without a named approver.
• Verifies execution and outcome The case stays open until the measure says the fix held. A closed work order is not a recovered asset, and the record keeps the two apart.
